Solid
Floors
Available
in a standard 19mm thickness and widths of 80mm and 130mm tongue
and groove flooring. The floorboards are nailed to joists as
a structural floor. The process of installation takes up to
a month to complete, because the floorboards firstly need to
be acclimatised for 2 weeks in the room in which thay are to
be installed. They are then nailed down, sanded and polished
on site.

Floating
Floors
The
concept is simple, fast and durable. Engineered floors are designed
to be installed onto a concrete subfloor, or any flat surface
without the need to use battens, nails or glue. Floating floors
are installed on a special underlay acting as a moisture barrier
and sound absorber. There are two types of floating floors;
glued T&G or locked systems. Most floating floors come prefinished,
so the floor is ready to walk on as soon as it’s installed.
